Being a doctor is stressful. Studying for long hours had affected my posture, my
mobility. It had triggered a backache. I started yoga with Shraddha to cope with
these issues better and feel comfortable with my body, to connect with my body
and mind.
I've been practicing yoga with Shraddha for over a year now, and the changes I've

I am Bharti bhuta 80 years young lady and government Recognized handicraft
artist. since 1986 to 2020 in my workshop at goregaon Mumbai Daily 7 to 8 hours
a day, At the time of heavy COVID waves in 2020 March I was badly Suffered from
Covid. There was no hope that I can come back from hospital alive.I was unable
to do anything but at that time only pranayam helped a little bit, After completing
medical treatment I was discharged from hospital but not able to do My personal and
domestic work. My muscles are stiff, I can't bend to pick up anything from the
ground, I get cramps, feel weakness and sleeping issues.
I have taken 3 months medicine and oxygen Properly and started deep
breathing from time to time after that I joined a yoga class near my house regularly
till today. I started training with my yoga master shraddha patil. Regularly and day
by day I feel that I gain my strength, I started recovering. I feel mentally happy and
I am physically strong and I can do almost many asanas easily, The best thing is in yoga classes I learn positive thinking and meditations
becoming a cool corporation, encouraging and developing discipline in my day to
day life. My all the symptoms of covid already gone and I enjoying my class with
friends happily, At this age of 80 years I feel that I am becoming younger and
younger everyday this is the wish and feelings of my yoga classmates and
teachers, I appreciate my yoga master shraddha and my all Blessings always with
her.

Hello everyone, My name is Renuka Sohni and I'm 52 years old.
I started practising yoga with an aim to achieve physical strength, flexibility and
build mental stability. Yoga is all about Asanas - Pranayama - Meditation and Mudras
. Practicing various Asanas daily helped me keep myself fit, active and flexible. Whereas practicing pranayama and meditation in a group has helped me gain a
lot of positive energy, achieve mental stability and increase my concentration
power.
I would also like to share how balancing Asana in yoga has taught me how to
balance our life in terms of Aahar - Aachar and Vichar. Further I would also like to highlight that I was suffering from Thyroid for around 2- years and was on medication... But how regular practice of asanas and
pranayama helped me reduce my thyroid levels naturally and improve the
functionality.
I am always grateful to all the teachers who are part of my learning process
including Shraddha Miss who made me practice difficult Asanas. Lastly to conclude, building connection with your own self is very important and
that's only possible with yoga. And I would like to say that yoga is not about a day or two of practise but making it
